Our fees

Fees differ for each service

  • A retaining fee is to be paid for the commencement of property search/negotiation only/overseeing of sale which is deductible from the final success fee. Each contractual period for each service is six months
  • The fees for ‘negotiation only’ and ‘overseeing of sale’ are reduced from the full property search service
  • Payment is due upon completion or two months after exchange
